Microsoft Office 2013 Professional Plus configures every time I open it?

I’ve just installed Microsoft Office 2013 into my Windows 7 Computer. The problem is that after I installed it, every time I open Word, it configures. I can’t re-install it, I don’t have the time. Can anyone help by giving an easy solution? Thanks. ?
