when I turn on my IBM thinkpad T60 1951 it says: the Lan’s configuration is currupted or has not initializ. The boot agent can not continue.

I have a thinkpad R60. I had that happen to me and I had to start it over from scratch. Meaning I had to do the rescue and recovery and start if over like I just got it from the factory. You may need another hard-drive.
